And then just to ease my mind and make the first year an easy transition, you went ahead and purchased a year home warranty for the house.Six months later when I ran into a minor electrical issue with an outlet, I called the warranty company only to find out that they had gone out of business.There was no way you could have known before that the company would go under. But when I called you to explain the situation and ask for a recommendation for an electrician, you told me that you said you would provide a warranty for a year, and you still would.Within the hour you had purchased a brand new home warranty for me and resolved the issue.It wasn’t your fault that the warranty company went out of business, and I wasn’t expecting you to pay for another.
